A new German-language site for an owner-run estate agency in Illertissen, Bavaria. Built to bring in sellers through a free valuation request.
The Work
What We Did
Illertal Immobilien is Artur Rudi's estate agency, covering Illertissen and a 50 km radius that takes in Ulm, Neu-Ulm and Memmingen. An agency like this lives on listings, so the website's main job is getting homeowners who are thinking about selling to make contact.
We built the site around a free valuation. It opens the homepage: pick the property type, enter the postcode or town, and request a market value. The rest of the page makes the case for choosing this agent, with the services, current listings, a five-step sales process and Artur's own profile. The design came to us as a static page, and we rebuilt it in WordPress so the agency can update it themselves.
