What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, email us, or call, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them.
Information from cookies. Covered in the cookies section below.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Invoices are handled separately through our accounting and payment providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use:
- Essential cookies, which make the site function and cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies, through Google Analytics, which tell us which pages get read and where visitors arrive from. This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individuals.
You can refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Our web host, which stores the website and its database.
- Google Analytics, for website usage statistics.
- Our email provider, which handles enquiries sent to us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, where required.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
If Webnative is ever sold or merged, client data may transfer to the new owner. You would be told before that happened.
International transfers
We operate from Pakistan and work with clients in several countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Australia, your data will be transferred outside your country when you contact us or when we work together.
Where that happens we rely on your explicit consent or on the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you, and we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is handled securely.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project records: for the length of the relationship and 7 years after, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
- Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe, plus a record of the unsubscribe itself.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. We keep software and plugins updated and use strong authentication on our accounts.
No website can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your personal data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erase your data, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
- Restrict how we use it while a query is resolved.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to marketing at any time.
- Portability, receiving your data in a machine-readable format or having it sent to someone else.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
- Complain to a data protection authority. In Ireland this is the Data Protection Commission; in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Email info@webnative.com.pk to exercise any of these. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, unless a request is clearly excessive or repetitive.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to client websites and third-party tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for how they handle your data. Read their policies before using them.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last revision. Material changes will be flagged on the website.
